BIG ENDS 2023 PRIME LEAGUE CYCLE IN THIRD PLACE

In the Strauss Prime League cycle of 2023, our League of Legends team demonstrated remarkable consistency, securing strong playoff placements throughout the year. Although a championship title remained elusive, our performance speaks volumes.

During the Spring Split, our team clinched third place, achieving victories over local rivals Eintracht Spandau and MOUZ. This achievement set the stage for a promising year.

In the Summer Split, we secured a respectable fourth-place finish. While we triumphed over Schalke 04 in the playoffs, we faced a formidable challenge from Unicorns of Love. Despite this, the Summer Split was not without its rewards, as our BIG content team clinched victory in the Prime League Meme Meisterschaft, showcasing their excellent output throughout the season.

As the year drew to a close, we participated in the Prime Pokal 2023, a special event where top-tier Prime League teams could be challenged by contenders from lower divisions. Although we exited in the semi-finals, our valiant performance earned us a 3-4th place finish.

The consistent performance throughout the year resulted in our team securing an overall third place in the Prime League championship ranking, with only Unicorns of Love and SK Gaming surpassing us.

As 2023 nears its end, our League of Legends team will have one final opportunity to shine. In December, they will participate in the Red Bull League of Its Own, defending our home ground against rivals like Eintracht Spandau and the legendary SK Telecom T1.
