1. Scope and Provider
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders and use of the online shop operated by Bigleet GmbH (“we”, “us”).

Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of §13 BGB.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded only when we expressly accept your order by order confirmation email or by shipping the goods.
We reserve the right to reject orders for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability or incorrect pricing.
3. Customer Account
Creating a customer account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may not transfer your account to third parties.
4. Products and Availability
Product descriptions are provided with care. Minor deviations in color or appearance may occur due to technical display differences and do not constitute defects.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
Payment methods available are displayed during checkout. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified during checkout. Delivery times stated are estimates.
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to you only upon delivery of the goods.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are provided in our Withdrawal Policy.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body or health.
In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
10. Intellectual Property
All content of this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any use beyond personal, non-commercial use requires our prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Services and Shopify
Our shop is hosted by Shopify. Contracts for purchases are concluded exclusively between you and Bigleet GmbH. Shopify is not responsible for the products sold through this shop.
12. Reviews and Feedback
If you submit reviews or feedback, you grant us the non-exclusive right to use such content for business purposes, provided no legal rights of third parties are violated.
13. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer, statutory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
15. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
16. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
