Berlin, Germany – September 2026 – Berlin International Gaming (BIG) welcomes back Kendrick "Gripey" Ditze as a full-time content creator. The 21-year-old German has nearly 300,000 followers across his channels and covers Fortnite from a position few creators can claim: as a six-time FNCS Grand Finalist who was competing at the top of the European scene as recently as last year.
Gripey Streams Almost Daily on Twitch With Growing Followers
Gripey, born August 10, 2005, covers the competitive Fortnite circuit live for a German-speaking audience: FNCS Divisional Finals, Cash Cups and Global Championship days, often for five hours or more at a time. Alongside the viewing parties, he streams his own gameplay.
He goes live almost every day and his recent broadcasts regularly draw 25,000 to 40,000 views on replay alone. Twitch is his home, with nearly 173,000 followers accounting for close to sixty percent of his total following. The channel has been gaining over a thousand new followers every single month since the start of 2025.
Six FNCS Grand Finals Behind the Commentary and Gameplay
What separates his coverage is that he has been there. Gripey qualified for six FNCS Grand Finals between 2021 and 2025, including the 2023 Global Championship, and earned roughly $64,800 in prize money along the way. When he breaks down a match, he is reading the game as someone who sat in those lobbies under the same pressure, and not long ago.
Building Out the Creator Side
BIG has been competing in Fortnite since 2024 and currently holds the FNCS Major 1 Summit title through vic0 and Malibuca. With Gripey, the organization adds German-language coverage of that same circuit, building out its creator side alongside the competitive roster.
Christian "Fray" Hennig, Head of Fortnite at BIG, on the signing:
"We are extremely confident Gripey is a great fit for us at BIG. Ever since he stopped competing as a pro player towards the end of 2025, he has shown so much passion and dedication towards building his own brand as a content creator, focusing on Fortnite Viewing Parties. He built his streams from 500 to 1400 average viewers in the last 9 months, while constantly looking for new ideas to keep his streams fresh and entertaining. We are excited to have Gripey on our side and are looking forward to growing together in the future."
