On the path to pro. New Fortnite talent for BIG Selecta: Diego "Kr4t4y" Scheiben strengthens BIG and Philips OneBlade's youth development program
Berlin, December 9, 2025 – Berlin International Gaming (BIG) and Philips OneBlade have announced their latest signing for the joint youth development program BIG Selecta: Diego "Kr4t4y" Scheiben. The 17-year-old Fortnite player was selected through an intensive casting process carried out in collaboration with Philips OneBlade.
At the center of the talent search was the new Philips OneBlade #BodyRoyale Fortnite map, developed specifically for the community and playable across Europe by everyone from amateur to pro players. The map is available at playbodyroyale.com and directly in Fortnite via map code 4692-8677-1152.
Through the map, several players qualified for the Philips OneBlade x BIG Selecta bootcamp and a subsequent 1v1 tournament, from which Kr4t4y emerged as the winner.
Diego has been actively playing Fortnite since 2021 and has shown a steadily rising performance curve ever since. Among his recent achievements is a strong 7th-place finish in the Duo Division Cup finals against some of Europe's best players. As a newly signed BIG Selecta talent, he will now be coached toward the top of European Fortnite competition.
BIG Selecta is BIG's talent development program in Fortnite. Its goal is to identify young players early, build them up in a structured way, and offer them a long-term path into professional esports. The program is built on close integration of community activations, competitive formats, and professional support from the BIG coaching staff.
The collaboration with Philips OneBlade and FUSE forms the foundation of the current Body Royale campaign. Through the interplay between brand, club, and agency, an authentic activation emerges that meets both community needs and the demands of modern talent development. BIG, Philips OneBlade, and FUSE will continue expanding the program together over the coming months and will support Kr4t4y closely on his esports journey.
